Could you quote me total amount I need to pay included international shipping?
We understand that shopper would like to total cost for online purchasing. However, we need to know the parcel actual weight or volumetric weight first, then only we could calculate your international shipping. Just as we need to post out parcel in post office, then we could only know the exact postage charges, right? If you would like to know estimate cost, you can provide us the weight and size of item or send your complete order in order form so that we could estimate for you.
How to calculate your service fee?
Service fee is $10 per site (or per seller for auction site e.g. eBay / gmarket) if total amount pay to seller below USD$100 ; or 10% of total amount pay to seller above USD$100.
e.g. Buy an item cost $30 from ABC site, domestic shipping is $5 and sales tax is $3
Total amount pay to ABC site is USD$38, as it less than USD$100, so service fee is USD$10.
What is sales tax?
In USA, most products are subjected to tax in all states where the merchants have a physical presence. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states. The tax rate is based on where your purchase is being shipped, delivered or picked up.
In Japan, there is a 5% sales tax levied on most products, normally price with sales tax will show in online merchant site.
In U.K. there is also sales tax levied on most products.
For Korea, Taiwan and China, it is tax free.

Why my shipping weight is higher than my actual parcel weight?
The cost of a shipment can be affected by the amount of space that it occupies on an aircraft, rather than the actual weight. This is the volumetric (or dimensional) weight. The volumetric weight of a shipment is a calculation that reflects the density of a package. A less dense item generally occupies more volume of space, in comparison to its actual weight. The volumetric or dimensional weight is calculated and compared with the actual weight of the shipment to ascertain which is greater; the higher weight is used to calculate the shipment cost. Which courier service do you use?
Our default courier service is Airmail (Taiwan), EMS (Korea, Japan & China) and DHL (USA & UK). We do not use other courier service at the moment.
How long does it take for the shipment to arrive at your locally warehouse?
This depends on your domestic delivery option chosen from merchant's warehouse to our warehouse. It usually ranges from 1 - 10 business days. If you need your purchase in a hurry, select express. The slower but cheaper option is standard.
When will I receive my parcel?
Generally, if you choose standard domestic shipping, from the day we place order until the order arrive to our local warehouse is around 6-14 working days. (Excluded the item out of stock or backorder) We will pack and ship you order within 1-3 working days. If you choose standard international shipping, delivery takes 5-12 working days. The whole order process might takes around 12-30 working days. If you need your purchase in a hurry, please select express for both domestic and international shipping.
We will try our best to let you receive parcel sooner, but if any unexpected inciddent occur between merchants, forwarding agent, and customs, it may cause some service delays and disruptions.

How to minimise the risk of my parcel being taxed?
Check what is your country's allowance for personal consumption and purchase below the personal consumption alllowance.
For my own online purchasing, I will assure my total of item value included international shipping is below USD$100-$200 (to optimize the international shipping charges). Try to remove all price tag and item's package / box if possible(so it will tell that it is not for resale). Order in small quantities and ship in small box (normally my parcel is around 3-5kg). If one of your item's price is more than USD$100, I will suggest to ship it alone.
Can I buy electrical products?
Yes, you can. Please read this "Mains electricity by country" before place order as you may need a voltage converter to use the electrical products.
Please remind that any warranty or guarantee are considered as useless by considering of international shipping cost. Please buy electrical products at your own risks. If you want to claim warranty or guarantee, you will need to contact the seller yourself.
What if nobody is at home during the delivery?
As with any other postal services, you need to acknowledge the receipt of the items with a signature. For EMS, if the parcel has not been collected or delivered, it will be return back to the sender. You will need to pay double international postage again, e.g. shipping for returning back to sender and shipping for resending to you again.
