Shop during seasonal clearance, Jun to Aug and Oct to Jan. Different merchant will have their own sale time too. You may subscript their newsletter for sale offer.
You could find great deal if you know how to choose buyer. Always read negative feedback before purchase. Avoid buyers with comments of undelivered, never respond & no communication, item is defective, unpleasant to deal with, item is not as described, lack of item's description, etc.
You may compare prices from different sellers/sites by yourself. Google Shopping is also a great tool to search for stuff to buy.
